Description
This workshop creates a powerful space to explore how the systems of patriarchy shape our beliefs, behaviors, and relationships - often in ways we don’t even realize. Together, we’ll acknowledge the grief and weight of these inherited patterns while also creating room for release, healing, and renewal. Through guided practices and honest reflection, participants will begin to untangle the subtle ways patriarchy shows up in daily life: at work, in families, in intimacy, and even in self-talk, and reclaim a deeper sense of self-leadership and agency. You’ll walk away not only with greater awareness, but also with practical tools and strategies to shift these patterns in real time, so you can show up in your relationships, communities, and choices with more integrity, freedom, and agency.
This class is for you if:
You’ve felt the impact of patriarchal conditioning but haven’t had space to name or explore it
You’re curious about how these systems show up in your daily life and relationships
You’re seeking tools to reclaim your voice, agency, and self-leadership
You want to engage in healing that is both personal and collective
You’re ready to begin, gently, intentionally, and in community
Intention of the Hive
When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
