Description

SELF is the essence of an individual. Throughout life, we develop and create Parts to help us navigate our lives and the systems that govern them. Cultivating SELF-Leadership is an invitation to explore our Parts and Littles (inner children) and learn how to establish safe, reciprocal relationships with them. Through this process, we also examine our essence and cultivate the capacity to move throughout our worlds and relationships being led by SELF and less by our Parts.

One of the beautiful things about working with LaShanda repeatedly is that every container is co-created so it's new every time.

Intention of the Hive

When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
