Description

What if we are already whole—nothing to fix, nothing lacking? What if turning toward what we fear with love is the key to freedom? And what if we don’t have to do this work alone?

This five-week series invites us to witness ourselves through the lens of the Enneagram, a powerful tool for understanding our subconscious motivations, fears, and patterns. More than a personality framework, the Enneagram illuminates how our ego structures shape our experiences, how we adapt for survival, and where we have disconnected from our essential nature. It doesn’t define us—it reveals the conditioned ways we navigate the world and offers insight into how we can soften rigid defenses, reconnect with our authenticity, and create new possibilities for growth.

Through foundational teachings of the Enneagram and somatic practices, we will integrate this learning not just intellectually, but through the body. Somatic work allows us to move beyond mental analysis and into felt experience, helping us process the ways we hold patterns physically. By engaging various somatic modalities like embodied awareness, we will gently shift the places where we feel stuck, honoring the nervous system’s role in transformation.

Each week, we will explore:

  • How our desires, fears, and ego patterns shape our experiences, helping us see the ways we unconsciously hold ourselves back.

  • Social styles, emotional patterns, and conflict responses, offering insight into how we cope and where connection can deepen.

  • The forgotten gifts of our mind, heart, and body, reminding us of the wisdom and wholeness already within us.

  • Somatic experiences that support integration, allowing us to feel our way through healing rather than just understanding it intellectually.

This class is for you if:

  • You are new to the Enneagram and curious to explore its depth.

  • You know your Enneagram type but want to deepen your understanding beyond descriptions.

  • You feel caught in recurring patterns that mental insight alone hasn’t shifted.

  • You want to explore somatic work as a pathway to healing and transformation.

  • You’re skeptical of the Enneagram, yet something about this approach feels compelling.

Healing is tender, brave work, and you don’t have to do it alone. This series creates space for curiosity, compassion, and integration—with community, humor, and deep inquiry.

If you have questions, reach out—we look forward to being present with you.

Intention of the Hive

When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
