Description

This class offers a gentle, grounding yoga experience designed to deepen awareness and connection between breath and body. We begin by centering ourselves in the practice of noticing, using our senses to observe the world around us before turning inward. From there, we engage in diaphragm breathing, supported stretches, and restorative poses, cultivating an intentional relationship between breath, movement, and presence.

As we move through postures, we create space for mindful engagement, deep relaxation, and embodied reflection. The practice concludes with a prolonged restful pose, followed by meditation, a slow, intentional reawakening, and journaling.

No yoga experience is required. All abilities are welcome in this supportive and accessible practice.

This class is for you if:

  • You want to deepen your connection to breath and body in a mindful way.

  • You are looking for a restorative, accessible yoga practice that supports relaxation and self-awareness.

  • You value meditation, journaling, and reflective practices as part of your wellness journey.

  • You appreciate a welcoming space that honors all experience levels and abilities.

Intention of the Hive

When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be. More About the Facilitators

Kim Winter Panther

is a Cincinnati native, young mother, and advocate for holistic health and wellness. After a decade as a speech-language pathologist, she stepped away to care for her family and deepen her personal wellness journey, earning certifications in children’s yoga and yin yoga. This path led her to create Winter Wellness, a business dedicated to bridging gaps in conventional healthcare through individual treatments, group classes, community events, and retreats.

Rooted in polyvagal therapy, vinyasa and yin yoga, voice therapy, and breathwork, Kim’s offerings help individuals calm their nervous systems and explore their unique path to well-being in a safe and supportive environment.
