Description
In times of collective unrest, tending to our inner lives becomes a radical act of care. This course invites participants into a weekly rhythm of reflection, experiential learning, and embodied practice—cultivating resilience through everyday rituals that nourish the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self.
Drawing from the wisdom of activists, spiritual teachers, and healing traditions, we’ll explore texts and practices that support deep self-care and community-rooted strength. Together, we’ll build a toolkit of restorative rituals to help us weather life’s storms with grace, clarity, and connection.
This is not just a class—it’s a space to remember what sustains us.

Intention of the Hive
When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be.
