Description

"So how do I not play the cynic? How do I not break faith with my newly awakened heart?"
—Jim Finley
"... the nerve center of your consent. This is your crucial link to the eternal."
—Howard Thurman

A six-week IFS-based course experience for seekers of healing, presence, and inner authority

We are living in a moment of rupture.

Many of us are oscillating—between urgency and collapse, between disconnection and longing.

This course is a space to re-member and re-connect.

Drawing from the soul medicine of Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Enneagram of Personality, and the contemplative healing teachings of James Finley, we’ll practice turning inward with love—not to fix or control, but to listen. To honor every part that’s ever raised its hand inside you—afraid, fierce, or frozen—and to meet those parts with presence.

This is the kind of Inner Authority that transforms how we show up—in our bodies, in our relationships, and in the world.

This Is for You If…

  • You have a regular mindful or contemplative practice

  • You’ve explored Parts Work or Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • You engage with somatic or body-based healing practices

  • You’re familiar with the Enneagram and its Holy Ideas (If you do not yet know your type, please complete this $10 assessment before the course begins.)

  • You’re longing for a space that honors both your fragmentation and your wholeness

  • You’re ready to listen inwardly—not to fix, but to witness and welcome

  • You value spiritual depth, psychological insight, and embodied healing

Intention of the Hive

When you join a Hive experience, you're invited into our intention to create a group experience that's inclusive, rooted in mindfulness, and dynamically relational. We aspire for each Hive experience to model these intentions, and even to refine them as we continue to learn how to gather in a way that's transformative! The embodiment of these intentions by Hive facilitators, Members, and class participants is what makes the Hive the unique and healing social container that many experience it to be. Troy Bronsink

is a coach, contemplative leader, founder of The Hive, and co-founder of the Common Good Fellowship. He has worked with the Enneagram for over 25 years (trained with Suzanne Stabile, Richard Rohr, and Leslie Hershberger) and has applied Internal Family Systems (IFS) coaching in his practice for the past 5 years. He is an interspiritual teacher rooted in the Christian wisdom lineage—ordained, yet a conscientious objector to Christendom. Troy also trains facilitators and practitioners in a twelve week cohort on trauma-informed contemplative leadership.

Optional 1:1 coaching with Troy is available for those seeking deeper application (additional fee).
